Job summary

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at ECG On Demand. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to enhance our services.

Salary: £50,000 with performance related bonus.

Location:This is a home / field based role in the Southern Region with travel to client sites and company offices as required.

Main duties of the job

Duties:

Responsibility for the identification and delivery of new business opportunities within target customer base, with the overall aim to be part of a successful team that drives the overall expansion and growth of the company.

The post holder must establish and maintain strong relationships with people both internally and externally, to ensure we remain at the forefront of new opportunities and are able to produce compelling proposals that meet the needs of our target customers.

This role will have a strong focus on the Primary Care sector in the UK (Private and NHS).

Key Result Areas:- Identifying and converting new business opportunities- Creating plans and strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities- Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals toaddress these needs- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with potential customers andindustry partners- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them-Possessing a strong understanding of the companys services, the competition in theindustry and positioning- Able to work to Sales KPIs, with financial target responsibilities- Able to build strong relationships internally to ensure a joined up approach to customers- To showcase outstanding written and verbal communication skills- Being highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
