About us
Partnering Health Group now run PHL Integrated Urgent Care (formerly known as Hampshire Doctors on Call). The former Out of Hours model of care has evolved into Integrated Urgent Care whereby all of the core services which look after patients with an urgent healthcare need are joined up together. PHL Integrated Urgent Care work closely with system partners South Central Ambulance Service and other partners in the specific Hampshire localities offering care. The services we operate include 111 call handling, telephone clinical assessment, out of hours home visiting services and some face to face Primary Care appointments services in West Hampshire.
