Main duties of the job

As Director of Clinical Services you will work predominantly Monday - Friday around the core hours of 9-5, however will be flexible to meet the needs of the department, as well as taking part as the Senior Management on call system. - You will ensure that clinical governance, patient safety and satisfaction are at top of agenda on a daily basis - Work closely with the Governance Manager and your Heads of Department to ensure that we are fully compliant with CQC regulations at all times - Ensuring good infection prevention control across the hospital - You will lead your teams on quality Improvement strategies - Lead and implement the hospital's clinical strategy and provide support and input to the hospital's overall business strategy - Promote a cost effective, patient focused quality service for the continuing success of Spire Healthcare - Provide clear focus on business results, maintaining the balance between quality healthcare delivery and sound financial performance - Support the commercial development of clinical services including actively creating new business and innovative opportunities Who we're looking for

As Director of Clinical Services you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and further expansion of clinical services at Spire South Bank whilst overseeing a clinical team of Senior Department Lead's across the hospital. For the right person with a drive to progress, this position offers excellent potential career prospects at the hospital on a more permanent basis and offers full support and guidance given on a 1 to 1 basis from our Hospital Director Spire South Bank Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital.
