Job summary

We are excited to launch our 2nd Nurse Degree Apprenticeship programme, in partnership with the University of Sunderland. The programme offers the chance to gain practical work experience and build your clinical skills. You’ll be supported to achieve your Nursing Degree and earn a salary - all at the same time.

Salary £19,000 - £21,000 dependent on previous experience

The hospitals recruiting this year are as follows: Alexandra (Chatham) Montefiore (Hove) Gatwick Park, Southampton, Washington, Leeds, Regency (Macclesfield) Fylde Coast, Claremont (Sheffield) Little Aston (Sutton Coldfield) Parkway (Solihull) South Bank (Worcester) Leicester, Cambridge Lea, Norwich, Hartswood (Brentwood) London East, Bushey, Dunedin (Reading) Thames Valley (Slough).

Main duties of the job

This year’s programme will offer a 4-, 3- and 2-year apprenticeship dependent on your previous training, experience and qualifications.

To join the programme, you will need to have a minimum of 548 hours Healthcare experience, in a care centred role to qualify. More details of the type of experience required can be found under the working life section of the following link;
