We are recruiting for an Radiography Assistant to join our busy Imaging department on a full time basis. You will work closely with our fantastic Radiography team and Consultants in a varied and challenging role, ensuring our patients receive a seamless and supported pathway through our hospital. You will be working face to face with patients, supporting them within procedures but also ensuring that all essential administration needs are met.

This position works days only with shifts between Mondays to Saturday.

Main duties of the job

  • Assist the multi-disciplinary team in Radiography by providing an efficient and sensitive supporting role
  • Be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service to our valued patients
  • Identifying and reporting any significant changes to that might affect a patients health and wellbeing to the appropriate person
  • Handling of equipment, medical records and specimens
