Job summary
The CRGPA is looking to recruit an Alliance teaching Practice Manager with overall responsibility for the management of the 4 Alliance
Teaching Practices owned by the organisation. The position will be responsible for the direct supervision and line-management
of 4 Site Managers, Assistant Service Manager and any other staff as required
by the respective service
The Alliance Teaching Practice Manager will be responsible
and accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards
of leadership, administrative and analytical support and service delivery.
Main duties of the job
- Manage the day to day running of Alliance Teaching Practices located across Coventry
- To ensure that communication channels are used effectively to facilitate the flow of information between the practices, staff, service users and the Alliance.
- Working collaboratively with the Data Analyst and key Practice staff to ensure robust reporting tools for the key performance indicator data, reporting on the progress, issues and risks to the Head of Operations.
- Assist with the identification and setting of objectives and goals, being clear how outcomes can be recognised and measured and put in place remedial actions as required.
- To be responsible for managing the practice management team of including daily and formal supervision, as required.
- To conduct formal meetings and training activities (including updates) etc. as required, sometimes off-site and out of normal hours.
- To delegate and allocate duties to staff ensuring that guidance and supervision are given, constantly monitoring skills and identifying training needs
- To monitor deadlines, workloads and performance of each practice and produce reports as appropriate
