Oxford Services Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 | Contract: Permanent |
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Solutions4Health is seeking a motivated and organised Services Coordinator to support the delivery of our Stop Smoking Services across Oxfordshire.
In this role, you’ll:
Coordinate activities, clinics, and community events to ensure high-quality service delivery
Build strong relationships with local partners, including GPs, pharmacies, and community organisations
Support staff recruitment, training, and development across the service
Monitor performance, collect data, and help ensure targets are met
Ensure services are accessible to all, including diverse and hard-to-reach communities
We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, who enjoys working collaboratively and making a difference to local communities. Experience in health services, community coordination, or partnership working would be an advantage.

Main duties of the job
Ensure that all targets, performance measures, and outcomes are achieved successfully for each service across Oxfordshire
Assist with data collection and reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as required by commissioners.
Research, locate, set up and review new clinic opportunities
Work closely and develop sustainable relationships with local partners, including Pharmacies, GPs and secondary care providers in the development, promotion and delivery of the Stop Smoking Service.
Liaise with the relevant authorities to obtain permission and consent for the delivery of marketing campaigns and events.
Gather information on all referrals made to the service and follow up contacts accordingly.
Undertake random spot checks in various clinics to ensure that service quality standards are maintained e.g. relevant literature, display materials, NRT products and completed Monitoring Forms.
Co-ordinate the recruitment and training of staff.
Ensure that local residents interested in services but without face-to-face professional help, can access the service easily.
Ensure that printed materials providing information and advice on how to quit smoking is also made available to residents, including those who do not speak English as a first language.
Co-ordinate the provision of VBA ( Very Brief Advice) training to partners
Support the Regional health improvement manager in the delivery of appropriately targeted and flexible services that meet the needs of smokers in defined BME groups in Oxfordshire
Encourage service users and other stakeholders to be involved in the design, ongoing improvement and evaluation of services
Co-ordinate workforce learning and development across the service and wider treatment system.
Co-ordinate ongoing support, guidance, and training for GPs and community pharmacies who deliver stop smoking services in Oxfordshire.
