Widely regarded as the UK’s most specialist provider of eating disorder services, Ellern Mede Group are looking to expand its team of nurses. We are looking for individuals who are driven and committed to supporting patients with specialist eating disorders. We have a higher proportion of staff to patients than any other UK specialist eating disorder provider, which enables our multi-disciplinary teams to provide close personal care to all of our patients.
As well as one of the most competitive salary packages in the industry, this role is also eligible for a guaranteed Nurse Bonus Scheme: £2,000 paid on the 1-year work anniversary and a further £2,000 paid on the 2nd year work anniversary.

Newly qualified nurses - £31,000 rising to £34,000 after 1 year
1 year to 3 years experience - staring from £34,000
3 years plus experience - starting from £37,000

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as a member of the nursing team, which is responsible for delivering high quality nursing care to young people and their families on a day-today basis.
At the core of the role are the maintenance, facilitation, and development of clinical excellence, which includes (in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team and senior nurses), the participation in and upholding of the structured programme, as well as devising, implementing, and reviewing packages of care.
The post holder will ensure that all centre guidelines; policies and procedures are always adhered to.

RMN or RNLD NMC registered or currently studying at University.

We have a staff team of approximately 350, working across multiple hospital sites as well as satellite clinics. Our expansion aims are designed to offer care closer to home for more patients. Outpatient and Day Patient or part time care programmes are offered by arrangement at all sites. We offer bespoke programmes for private clients.
