What you'll be working:
We're flexible, so you'll work a total 37.5 hours per week, on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing:
If youre a committed and ambitious nurse whos keen to develop your respiratory career, theres no better place to be.
If you have already proved your critical care or respiratory skills, perhaps in an ICU/HDU setting, or similar environment, we can offer you a more stimulating role that offers real variety.
We actively support you to develop your skills through outstanding training and development pathways. Youll enjoy the opportunity to broaden your advanced clinical or management skills through a range of courses and programmes.
For you, that could mean mentorship training or our own Advanced Respiratory High Dependency Course - a 30 credit, level 6 programme validated through The University of Surrey. Successful completion will enable you to apply for a band 6 role.

You will have the ability to react quickly and keep a cool head, whatevers happening around you. In other words, youre not just technically focused, but very much a people person too. As well as that, you love learning and relish the opportunity to develop your respiratory skills and career.
