Healthcare Assistant

Job summary

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Mossley, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one care for our service user building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

Our service user is a mature female who is looking for an additional member to her care team to support her on a 2:1 basis throughout the day and night.

Please note, applicants must be pet friendly as our service user does have 2 pet dogs.

Taking pride in her appearance is very important to her, she loves beauty treatments, along with having her hair and makeup done. All in all a good pamper.

At times she does like to access the local community with the encouragement and support from her team.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Main duties of the job

You will support her with all aspects of her day-to-day life and routine, from washing, dressing, mobility and tending to her clinical care needs as required.

As part of her care team, you will enable her to enjoy her hobbies and interests such as baking, listening to music, online shopping and watching her favourite TV programmes.

We have the following shifts available;

• Part Time 24 hours per week
• Days- 7am-7pm
• Nights- 7pm-7am

Weekdays: £11:50 Per hour Approx. £138.00 per 12hour shift

Weeknights: £12.00 per hour Approx. £144 per 12-hour shift

Weekends: £12.50 per hour Approx. £150 per 12-hour shift

Bank Holidays £16.50 per hour Approx. £198 per 12 hour- shift
