Registered Nurse- Nurse Lead

Job summary

Apollo Home Healthcare is recruiting a Lead Nurse to join our team in Sutton-in-Ashfield/Mansfield, supporting an adult male and female with their complex care needs.

Applicants must hold a valid NMC PIN and be skilled in Epilepsy Care and Seizure Management. You must also be able to evidence experience of Tracheostomy Care and Ventilation Management.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Main duties of the job

In the role of Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for the clinical care of our service user and oversee her team of Healthcare Assistants, providing support and guidance as required. You will also be responsible for the clinical skill competency sign off for all new and existing team members.

As well as clinical support your duties will also include;

• Auditing of paperwork
• Producing Monthly Reports
• Stock checks and ordering

We have the following shifts available;

• Full Time
• Days
• 9am-9pm 36 hours per week
• 4 hours admin time per week

This role is currently paying £40 per hour for each shift, this is approx. £480 per 12 hour shift
