Job summary

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young lady in Birmingham.

Our service user is very sociable and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also loves participating in a variety of school activities with her peers.

Your role? To meet her personal care needs, carry out regular observations, manage her clinical interventions and help her enjoy all the activities she loves.

This isn't just a job it's a chance to have a significant impact on our service users life.

Please note, our service users parents have specifically requested female staff for their team.

Main duties of the job

Pay Rates:

  • £13.00 - £14.50 per hour
  • Approx. £130.00 - £145.00 (per 10-hour day shift)

Shifts Available:

  • Part Time Days
  • 7am 5pm
  • 1-2 Shifts Per Week

The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.

The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.

Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
