  • Our service user is in her 40s and lives at home with her pet cat in Tamworth. We are looking for a healthcare assistant to join her team to support with her complex care needs throughout the day and night on a 1:1 basis.

    She takes pride in her appearance and enjoys wearing nice clothes and choosing what outfit to wear each day. She is a scary movie fanatic and loves to rewatch and laugh at the scariest parts of the films, especially when she watches them with her sister who really does not like them.

    She enjoys spending time out in her garden and loves her sunflowers, we are looking for care staff who can support in planting and watering her sunflower seeds.

Main duties of the job

Throughout the day you will be required to provide support with her personal care, moving and handling requirements, attending to her clinical care needs, and supporting her to enjoy her hobbies and interests.

Throughout the night you will provide support with her night-time routine including personal care needs, repositioning, being vigilant and making close observations to her clinical care needs. You will attend to her care needs when required and make regular checks throughout the night to ensure her comfort.

We are looking for staff who are comfortable around pets as our service user has a cat within the household which means the world to her.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available

  • Full Time and Part Time
  • Days: 8am 8pm
  • Nights: 8pm 8am
  • Pop in Shifts

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays: £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Weeknights: £15.50 per hour (£186 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Weekends: £16.00 per hour (£192 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £18.00 per hour (£216 approx. per 12-hour shift)
