Apollo Home Healthcare are recruiting for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a gentleman in his 70s with his complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated candidates who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user is a Rugby fanatic he enjoys getting involved with his local rugby team and is an avid supporter of both home and away matches and likes to be on the sidelines cheering his team on!

Main duties of the job

As his dedicated Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting him with his care needs and ensuring that he can continue to engage in his passion of Rugby.

When at home he loves some quiet time to organise his thoughts, so this can be anything from watching TV such as The Chase and Tipping Point, as well as sports and movies, reading the paper and chatting with his family and care team.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available;

• Full Time Days - 3 shifts per week
• Days 8am-8pm
• Part Time Nights - 2 shifts per week
• 8pm - 8am
• Alternative Weekends

Weekdays £12.50 per hour (Approx. £150 per 12 hour shift)

Weeknights £13.00 per hour (Approx. £156 per 12 hour shift)

Weekends £13.50 per hour (Approx. £162 per 12 hour shift)

Bank Holiday £17.50 per hour (Approx. £210 per 12 hour shift)
