Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant with expertise in airway management and tracheostomy care?

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service user.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young girl in Sedgley.

Our service user enjoys lots of cuddles and watching YouTube and Disney films. Your role? To meet her personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage her clinical interventions throughout the night, including airway management and tracheostomy care. Youll ensure her comfort and safety, and create a calm, soothing environment for sleep.

Please note, our service users parents have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Main duties of the job

Pay Rates:

• £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
• Approx. £147.00 - £168.00 (per 10.5-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

• Part Time Days
• 8am - 3pm
• Part Time Nights
• 9:30pm 8am (Mondays and Sundays)

Essential Experience:

• 3 months previous care experience
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Moving and handling
• Clear Communication Skills
• Proven expertise in tracheostomy care
