We are looking for experienced and engaging Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

We believe in creating a warm and inclusive environment where our young service user can thrive and we're seeking a care team who shares our vision. You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

Our service user is a cheerful young girl in her early teens, who lives with her loving family in Birmingham and requires support with her complex clinical care needs throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.

She loves interacting with those around her and enjoys exploring a variety of activities with the encouragement from her care team. Some of her favourite activities include arts & crafts, listening to Disney and being home schooled.

Main duties of the job

Your day will include providing all aspects of her care and companionship including tasks such as washing, dressing, moving and handling requirements, attending to her clinical care needs when required and assisting her to enjoy her hobbies and interests.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available

• Part Time Days 2-3 shifts per week
• Shift times can vary between 8:00am 6:00pm
• Alternate weekends are needed for this position

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£130.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Weekends: £14.00 per hour (£140 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (£150.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
