Apollo Home Healthcare are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support with our service user and her complex care needs.

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate support workers and healthcare assistants in Stafford who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

Our service user is a fun and outgoing lady, who loves to have a giggle.

She lives in Stafford with her husband and requires 1:1 support throughout the day.

She enjoys spending time at home, listening to music, watching films and enjoys accessing the community when she feels up to this. It is important for her to have engaging staff with a great sense of humour, who she can share a laugh and joke with.

She requires full support from her care team with mobilising and is unable to communicate verbally. She will use gestures to make her wants and needs known.

Main duties of the job

During the day, you will assist her to access the things she enjoys hobbies, interests and accessing her social activities, as well as meeting her care needs, this could include personal care and supporting with her mobility when required.

It is important that she feels comfortable around her team, and that she is involved in her care at all times.

Please note, it is essential that you are a driver with access to a vehicle.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

We have the following shifts available;

• Part Time Days
• 8am 8pm
• Every Other Thursday & Saturday
• Extra Hours Available if Working Across Multiple Packages

Weekdays: £13.00 (£156 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Saturday: £13.50 (£162 approx. per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £15.00 (£180 approx. per 12-hour shift)
