Job summary

We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are skilled in delivering complex clinical care and are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a teenage boy in Bilston.

He loves going on days out to the cinema and bowling, watching his favourite Disney movies, and getting creative with messy play like foam, slime, and painting. Your role? To meet his personal care needs, carry out regular observations, and manage his clinical interventions throughout the night, ensuring his comfort and safety, and creating a calm environment.

Please note, our service users parents have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Main duties of the job

Pay Rates:

• £14.00 - £18.00 per hour
• Approx. £168 - £216 (per 12-hour night shift)

Shifts Available:

• Part Time Nights
• 8pm 8am

Essential Experience:

• 3 months previous care experience
• Medication administration
• Personal care
• Moving and handling
• Epilepsy and seizure management
• Covid vaccinations
