Since 1 July 2019, all the GP practices in Newham have come together in ten Primary Care Networks (PCNs) covering populations of approximately 30–50,000 patients. These will also be the footprint around which integrated community-based teams will develop, and community and mental health services will be expected to configure their services around PCN boundaries.
