Job summary
Newham Health Collaborative is looking for an enthusiastic and
experienced individual to support Newham PCNs and their practices as a Primary Care Network (PCN) Administrative Co-ordinator.
This is an exciting role which will support the PCN Clinical Director
respond effectively to PCN needs and ensure the smooth running of the PCN
network via NHC. You will need be a confident communicator, with strong
organisational skills and attention to detail. You will also need the ability
to work with complete confidentiality.
This is an exciting opportunity in which you will gain experience and
make a real impact. This role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and
operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver
excellent service within the Newham Primary care network.
The role will be embedded within the PCN support team, hosted by Newham
Health Collaborative, the local GP Federation which supports PCNs across the Newham
area.
Full time or part time hours will be considered for this role.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will carry out
coordination and administrative duties including all aspects of the PCN
function including patient call and recall, data collection, ARRS staff
reimbursement, monitoring, tracking and reporting by providing senior
administrative support to the Network Support Manager.
You will also have experience of interpreting complex data analysis and
great IT Skills (MS Office with advanced experience of Excel).
Ideally, you will already have experience working within an NHS
healthcare delivery environment and have a good understanding of Primary Care.

Newham
Health Collaborative Ltd (NHC) is a GP federation representing all the GP
practices within the Newham borough boundaries. This covers a population of
approximately 400,000 patients. We are established as a limited company, wholly
owned by our 45 GP practice members.
Primary Care Networks will also be expected to think about
the wider health of their population, taking a proactive approach to
managing population health and assessing the needs of their
local population to identify people who would benefit from targeted, proactive
support.
