Contract type:

We have the opportunity for someone to join us on a permanent contract, working with us at our head office Riverside Clinic, Ipswich for 20 hours per week. Exact hours can be discussed at interview.

Main duties of the job

Operations Support Officer

We are looking for an Operations Support Officer to join our urgent care operational team.

What is the role?

  • Youll provide full comprehensive administrative support to the services, ensuring the safe and efficient operational running of the service.
  • Youll be responsible for setting up clinic templates and updating with staff changes.
  • You will also ensure the effective management of patient appointments on EMIS and SystmOne, escalating the Service / Operations Manager if there are any issues.

Job Purpose

The Operations Support Officer will provide full administrative support to the Urgent Care, and actively contribute to the operational aspects of the service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

To be responsible for carrying out all administrative duties as required by the Service Manager and/or Operations Manager.
