Integration and Transformation Manager - Band 8a
Are you are interested in transforming care for the population we serve across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland?
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves to get stuck in and be brave in your approach of working in partnership to get the right outcome for our patients and citizens?
Are you willing to work in a network model of leadership across the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland system?
Main duties of the job
Our overall job is interesting - we find areas which require transforming and we lead and work with our partners to achieve the right holistic outcomes, with equity at the heart of all we do.
Naturally, within this simplicity there is a whole heap of complexity - within the LLR system, across NHS and care organisations, between each of our three Places, within our multitude of neighbourhoods etc but we work together to move forward every day. We are in no doubt that the next few years will be significantly challenging for the NHS and our partners - we have embraced this challenge together as a team, as an organisation and as a system with a firm commitment to deliver on our operational plan.
About us
We are a relatively new directorate within a family of the NHS LLR Integrated Care Board. We cover interconnected portfolios such as primary care, home first, long term conditions, elective care and cancer, urgent and emergency care, children and young people & mental health, learning disability and autism.
In return for the commitment from you, we will offer you a great balance between challenge and support, a pragmatic and jointly owned development plan and most importantly, a team ethos focused on inclusive leadership, which enables you to grow yourself and your own teams.
