Join our new to care recruitment and help care for the people in your community by working as a Health Care Assistant or Carer. The role is varied and rewarding, and you could be providing support to people who need help with their physical health, mental health or learning disability in environments that include hospitals, residential care homes, people's homes or GP surgeries.

Main duties of the job
- To promote a positive patient experience throughout their use of our services.
- To maintain professional behaviours at all times.
- To demonstrate empathy, dignity, respect and compassion at all times.
- To work as part of a team.
- To assist patients with all aspects of activities in daily living, which could include providing assistance with: hygiene needs e.g. washing/showering/mouth.
- Feeding and drinking including the maintenance of fluid balance and dietary charts
- Mobility using mobility aids/hoists where appropriate
- Repositioning and monitoring of pressure areas
