We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team for the vaccination programme. As an Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the vaccination programme, making a significant contribution to the health and well-being of the community. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with great interpersonal skills to co-ordinate the delivery of both the operational and community vaccination programme across BSW
This post is for a short contract so it would be also be suitable as a secondment.
Main duties of the job
Be a key member of the team, provide oversight of the day-to-day processes and co-ordination of the vaccination programme, including site assurance, vaccine supply and uptake rates.
Oversee a team of administrative support staff involved in the vaccination programme.
Provide flexibility and ability to work dynamically, adapting to the needs of the programme.
Maintain accurate records to track vaccination progress and outcomes, escalating to clinicians where appropriate.
Provide clear, accurate and regular communication with all key stakeholders.
Collect, analyse, and interpret relevant data to measure the programme's performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support planning and implementation of the integrated vaccination strategy across BSWICB, not limited to COVID.
