BSW ICS are looking for a Recruitment and Supply (programme) lead, to support the implementation of the Recruitment and Supply projects across the system partners. This will be leading on a defined group of projects, alongside the Retention Programme Lead and People Promise Manager, while working on the development of system level working and creating a network of engaged professionals. Linking in with the National and Regional teams, ensuring that BSW are abreast of new initiatives and appraising the value which they would add to the BSW system.

About us

Please note that on 1st July 2022, Banes, Swindon & Wiltshire CCG will cease to exist. At this time the Integrated Care Board (ICB) in BSW will be established, to be known formally as NHS BSW ICB. NHS BSW ICB assume all the commissioning functions from BSW NHS Commissioners.

On 1 July, your employment will therefore, automatically transfer to NHS BSW ICB. All terms and conditions in your contract of employment will transfer, intact and unchanged to NHS BSW.

CIPD Qualification Extensive knowledge of specialist areas, acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master's level equivalent Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development Commitment to and focused on quality, promoting high standards in all they do Able to make a connection between their work and the benefit to patients and the population of BSW Values diversity and difference, operating with openness and integrity at all times.
