Job summary
The Integrated Care Board -
North East Lincolnshire place - is responsible for commissioning high quality
health and adult social care services for a population of approximately
157,000. We work closely with providers of health and care services, local
government, regulatory bodies, voluntary organisations, carer groups, users of
services and the general public. We do
this to ensure high quality, safe and effective services and achieve the best
health and care outcomes for our local population.
We are seeking a highly motivated and
enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Project Officer. The post holder will
be a key member of the team whose over-arching goal is to ensure robust
arrangements are in place to deliver a sustainable and high-quality integrated
health and social care system by enabling, promoting and supporting the
effective use of data, information, knowledge and technology to improve, inform
and support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide high
quality support to the Strategic Leads within the Care and Independence Team
which will include an array of tasks including the implementation of change
projects, implementing project data collection systems that will provide
accurate and timely information, providing business support functions to
organise meetings or events and assist in the diary management of individuals
in connection with the portfolio of work. The post holder will also support service
user, patient and public engagement in the development of our strategies,
business plans and programmes of work making adjustments as required.
The post holder will participate in relevant
internal and external working groups/ projects, services and initiatives to
provide information and analytical advice and will communicate information,
issues and progress updates, including briefings and reports, to their line
manager and the Strategic Leads.
It is essential that the
successful candidate has excellent computer skills and a wide knowledge of
Microsoft applications including outlook, word, excel and Microsoft Teams. The
successful candidate will have the ability to work under their own initiative,
be flexible, conscientious and be willing to learn new skills.

The

and external stakeholders
Ensure
accurate and timely information is provided to support reporting against these
plans
Manage
and support the implementation of change projects
Provide
business support to a range of groups related to provider and partnership
management, strategy and business planning
Contribute
to regular service reviews collating and analysing data, investigating
service issues and researching best practice
Develop
productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to
ensure an integrated approach to commissioner programmes
Manage
and support the timeliness of project plans and escalate issues as required
Prepare
reports, presentations and updates for managers
Support
the success of the NELHCP through the appropriate use of corporate management
and governance systems and processes
Report
clear outcomes and deliverables that will be monitored by the Director of Adult
Services and reports routinely provided to the NELHCPs key committees
The
