The Catterick Integrated Care Campus
(CICC) is a transformational development between the NHS and Ministry of
Defence (MOD). It represents the vision and ambition to realise a new and
innovative model, moves to provide seamless, person and family centred care and
support in the community.
The programme is high profile with
interest from ICB Executive, MPs, local authority representatives and patient
groups.
The CICC will provide health and care
services for military personnel and their dependents. There is a forecast
growth in military and civilian personnel following relocation of armed forces
staff and general population increase from new housing developments.
There is national interest in the
development and CICC is expected to be an exemplar of best practice in
integrated military and civilian healthcare and in new ways of working. All
partners across the NHS, MOD, and our communities remain committed to
delivering this new facility and to turning the vision into a reality.
This
role will support the NHS element of the programme and engage fully with all
partners to drive the programme to success.
Main duties of the job
This
role will support the NHS primary care programme and work streams to ensure a
successful strategic and operational delivery model for both the initiation, implementation,
and delivery of services within the CICC.
The
Project Support Officer will report to the CICC Programme Manager and be responsible
for monitoring, supporting and reporting a number of agreed projects and
workstreams within clear governance and reporting structures for the CICC
Programme.
The
post holder will develop key relationships with the MOD and other key partners
across the programme, including MOD, Local Authority, NHS partners and
clinicians and the voluntary sector.
The
postholder will support the key workstreams to ensure delivery within agreed
timescales, manage any risks. The support officer will manage key reporting,
risk registers and maintain a programme office document library including
version control and distribution.

postholder will work closely with the CICC Programme Manager to support
delivery of the CICC programme.
The post holder would be expected to work autonomously
to achieve project objectives including:
Ensuring accurate and timely information is
provided to support project and programme reporting.
Support, facilitate and coordinate the
development of the programme plan and work packages through liaison and
coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the implementation of specific
initiatives in accordance with the agreed timescales.
Provide support to a range of groups and teams
related to the programme.
Collating and analysing project data,
investigating risks and issues and researching best practice.
Develop productive relationships with a range of
internal and external stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to
commissioner programmes and project delivery.
Manage and support the timeliness of project
plans and escalate issues as required.
Prepare reports, presentations and updates for stakeholders
and Programme Manager.
