Priority will be given to internal candidates within the NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)

This role will be offered as a secondment for applicants currently working within the NHS- please make sure a secondment is supported by your current line manager

1x Secondment

Non-NHS- this would be on a fixed term contract

This role that can be based across a number of Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) base

The five best place to work roles (three senior managers and two managers) will work collaboratively around colleague experience at system level across three areas:

This means youll work across a large health and care system, in collaboration, to support all partnership organisations to reach our system aspirations.

These will be varied and challenging roles where communication and influencing skills are essential and finding consensus while securing buy-in is a must. Youll need great project management skills, be comfortable operating in a place where certainty is not common and find energy in bringing people together, from all levels, sectors and backgrounds, to co-design and deliver outcomes that support our people.

You will be committed to reducing the barriers faced by minority groups within our workforce, to working alongside people to challenge discrimination and to ensure we have representation from all backgrounds, every step of the way.

A passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of all colleagues is a must, as well as experience in supporting the development of colleagues to reach their career goals and ensure effective succession planning through inclusive talent management.

We are also looking for someone with a strong background in leadership to design and deliver on our system leadership development plan to build leadership capability and capacity.

We recognise that not everyone will have detailed experience in all the areas were looking for, so if youre a specialist in one area please do still consider applying. It is more important to us to find the right mix of skills and experience than finding someone who can do everything. We recognise it will take a team of diverse, committed people to help us build our best place to work.

The roles will be based at one of our ICB offices but we offer access to flexible and hybrid working and we welcome applications for part-time or job-sharing arrangements.

Some travel will be required across Humber and North Yorkshire.
