working hard to deliver joined-up services and support for the people of

ahead.Moving

these significant challenges facing the health and care sector, aligning our
shared strategic plans with the emerging 10 Year Health Plan and meeting the
needs of our current population and the needs of future generations. As an ICB,
we recognise that we cannot do this alone.

working and this will continue to be the driving force behind improving health
and wellbeing, improving care and outcomes for our citizens and tackling
unacceptable and long-standing health inequalities.

against this backdrop that we embark on the process of appointing our new Chief

our local health and care professionals and our fantastic partners, at system,
locality and neighbourhood level, including local councils and other public,
community and voluntary sector colleagues.
As the
successful candidate you will provide highly effective and compassionate
leadership across the system, including to our dedicated health and care
professionals within the ICB.
You will
drive improvement in health and wellbeing and in care and services, with a key
focus on population health, a greater shift from hospital to community,
including improved access, leading edge acute services and digital innovation.
As head of the ICB leadership team, you will lead and influence complex
transformation and improvement, through collaboration and mature partnership
working.
We are
looking for an experienced and highly effective board member, with strong
strategic leadership skills and a track record of leading change within a
