Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Officer in the Strategy and Transformation Directorate at Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board, where you will help clinical programmes deliver national and local NHS priorities under the guidance of Project and Programme managers. Robust administrative skills and a working knowledge of project management processes will be essential.
You will design, support, and maintain project documents, data collection systems, and interpret information. It is essential that you have excellent knowledge of IT systems and software programmes and are good with numbers to analyse data.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual that can bring:

To undertake and support project management processes for the CPG Teams.
Undertake information/project analysis/evaluation tasks.
Contribute to information and records management.
Liaise with Business Intelligence colleagues across the Integrated Care System (ICS) to request, analyse and report on healthcare related data.
Maintain data collection systems and processes for effective use by the team to support project/programme meeting discussions and priority planning.
Present project updates at Programme/Project meetings.
