This is an exciting opportunity to join the ICB Digital Transformation
team on a full-time contract to manage the operational delivery of digital
solutions across the ICS and Primary Care settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the overall
direction, development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital solutions
across Gloucestershire Primary Care (General Practice) and Integrated Care
Board, providing high levels of support and guidance to appropriate
stakeholders. You will assist in
developing and implementing solutions to digitise services, supporting digital
training, and drive service changes for better user experience. The post-holder should have experience in Mobile
Device Management i.e., Intune, and knowledge of onboarding, supporting, and
developing iOS and Android devices. Windows Hybrid/Cloud Management knowledge
would also be beneficial but not essential at present.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for providing day to day service management for
the CCG Digital Directorate and working with Countywide IT Services, senior stakeholders,
and 3rd party suppliers. Collaboratively, you will communicate progress, monitor
delivery effectively, whilst maintaining ITIL standards and quality throughout
the delivery and service management cycle.
You will manage the transition of multiple projects into the operational
environment, interacting with internal digital project teams, practice managers,
practice ICT staff, suppliers, care professionals and external technical teams.
Accountable to the Digital Transformation Senior GPIT Technician, the
post-holder will be highly effective at communicating and influencing senior
stakeholders, both externally and internally. They will be highly organised, resilient,
and flexible in their approach, with excellent attention to detail and the
ability to work within varying levels of uncertainty.
