and, in particular, as we form an Integrated Care Board, the data asset
available to facilitate this analysis is substantial. While we are just

We are recruiting for two Senior Business
Intelligence Analysts to join our Business Intelligence Team at NHS
Gloucestershire. The ideal candidates will help to drive forward our vision to
deliver an exceptional, insightful Business Intelligence service across the
wider health and care system in Gloucestershire. The post holders will be
responsible for contributing to the provision of a high-quality analytics
service to support the Integrated Care System in Gloucestershire.

Job responsibilities
- Production and dissemination of standard reporting in timely manner and according to schedule.
- Ensure effective and timely procedures are established to support the internal and external reporting of the ICB performance and local saving targets.
- Provide insightful analysis supporting decision making both within the ICB and across the Gloucestershire system.
- Provide support to commissioning and locality leads in relation to service redesign projects, providing activity baselines and modelling service impacts.
- Lead on the provision of an information service to a clinical programme group, acting as a point of contact to coordinate and deliver on information requests.
- Lead and support on the provision of an information service to provider management, acting as a point of contact to coordinate and deliver on information requests
- Lead on the management, development and provision of clinical and related information to support to the ICB in line with local and national requirements.
- Ensure robust mechanisms are in place to enable the ICB to monitor and manage the ICBs saving plans with the PMO office and Business Intelligence functions.
- Present information and outputs of analysis carried out to a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation.
- Be fully aware of the rules of the Payment by Results process and associated Technical Guidance and ensure that these are applied correctly.
