for someone to join the SNEE ICB Vaccination Team to inform delivery strategy
and lead on its operational implementation including demand and capacity
management, vaccine allocation, performance reporting and more.
The successful candidate

Main duties of the job
1.
Work closely with a broad and diverse range of
stakeholders to develop strategy and tactical capacity plans to achieve
outcomes set by NHS England/Improvement (NHSEI) and the SNEE C19 & FLU Vaccination
Programme Board.
2.
Lead the end-to-end vaccination allocation
process, balancing factors such as population eligibility, provider capacity,
and the national supply chain. This will
include:
a.
Identifying, gathering and manipulating
multidimensional quantitative data sources to produce insightful analysis
b.
Engaging with stakeholders to understand needs
and constraints
c.
Proactively identifying and mitigating risk, and
managing issues in a calm and methodology manner
3.
With a basic knowledge of data structures,
manipulate multiple large datasets to present complex information (largely
statistical) simply and intuitively to inform use of resource and direction of
the programme.
4.
Producing insightful and relevant reports
(largely statistical) to monitor programme performance. Through techniques such as benchmarking, highlight
exceptions to manage risk and continuously improve what we do and how we do it
(e.g. to inform how the programme uses its resource to reduce health
inequalities).
5.
Be responsive and agile to requests for
information in relation to capacity planning, vaccine allocation and
performance.
