Job summary
To lead the ICS cyber security profession and with the development and delivery of the ICS cyber security strategy.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a combination of leadership skills, the ability to foster collaboration and have the subject matter expertise required to deliver cyber security plans, polices and procedures across the ICS organisations.
Main duties of the job
- To develop the ICS cyber security strategy and delivery plan.
- To lead the cyber security profession within the ICS, ensuring cyber staff from different organisations work together to defend as one.
- To provide advice and guidance to the Digital Leadership community and to chief officers across the ICS.
- To ensure the ICS meets its obligations and best practice standards with respect to cyber security.
- To ensure that cyber security best practice and culture is embedded across the ICS working closely with information governance and business continuity teams.
