An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Personalisation team at Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group for a 12 month fixed term contract, providing a high standard of project support.
Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group is the largest organisation of its kind in England. We are responsible for planning and commissioning health services for around 1.3 million people living in Birmingham and Solihull. Patient care is at the heart of everything we do. Main duties of the job
You will be involved in supporting the delivery of the Personalisation Strategy and programme of work across Birmingham and Solihull and will support the team to deliver a number of projects across a range of different clinical fields. This will include the project and programme reporting, development of evaluation and case studies, management of relevant project groups, overseeing the co-production of Personalised Care and development and delivery of training and workshops. This is a great opportunity to join this priority programme, supporting Birmingham and Solihull to embed Personalisation across key areas. It also provides a good development opportunity to work across a large system to embed a new way of working.
The postholder will have strong project support skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences in both written and verbal format. Attention to detail is key, and the ability to manage your own time and project priorities is essential. You will be highly motivated and focused on delivery and working together with others to reach the programme goals.
