NHS C&M are pleased to announce the full time (37.5 hpw) vacancy opportunity for a:Transformation Manager/ Senior Project Manager, to support ourSt Helens Cares place-based partnership.
This role will support the delivery of the St Helens Cares integrated Local Care System, working across the various programmes of delivery as required. The post holder will work under the supervision of the Senior Transformation Manager/ Programme Manager; and will be required to work autonomously on high level and complex projects - there is an expectation that the post holder will have an area of specialist skill/ knowledge in project management/ commissioning/ service improvement and collaborative transformation, across an integrated system. The post holder will also provide direct line management and support to Junior Project Managers/ Project Support Officer as required.
Main duties of the job
Key components of the role include:
- Leading on multiple projects, demonstrating the skills and capability to work where required, within the St Helens Cares programme management approach to support the commissioning and provision of integrated local services
- Work collaboratively with partners to deliver service improvement and redesign and ensuring this is evidence based, and of high quality and meets the vision , aims and objectives of St Helens Cares
- Contributing to the development and implementation of business and operational plans; including identifying and delivering quality improvement and pathway redesign schemes
- Develop productive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to delivery programmes
