Job summary
The SWL ICB is undergoing significant transformation, with engagement taking place with partners on the work of embedding a centralised mental health team across the six boroughs. The bringing together of a complex set of arrangements, reflecting local partnerships of primary care, secondary care MH providers, social care and the voluntary sector, is the key priority for the leadership over the next 12-18 months.
This sits alongside our ambition to develop a system approach with the SWL mental health provider collaborative, based across SWL and St George's MH Trust (SWLStG) and South London and the Maudsley MH Foundation Trust (SLaM). This involves development of a governance that enables decision making and delivery of improvements to sit as close as possible to those providing and experiencing the model of care.
In parallel, many important programmes of work require fixed term support to ensure a robust management approach including (but not limited to) - contractual review, engagement with partners, risk management and delivery assurance. Delivery of these key workstreams will be the focus of this role
