There is an exciting opportunity to join SW London ICB as a Senior Mental Health Transformation Manager. This a key role in our Mental Health Team and responsible for leading the transformation of both children and adult mental health services and achieving the ambitions set out in the SW London Mental Health Strategy.
As part of the single mental health transformation team you would work on the delivery of transformation programmes in one of the SW London boroughs and will also take a lead role for a programme area.We need someone with excellent programme management skills and knowledge of mental health services who can work flexibly to support delivery of the mental health transformation agenda. You need to work in a proactive manner, identifying problems and proposing solutions. This will be a fast-paced and exciting programme of work for the right person.
Main duties of the job
Main duties include:o Leading on the delivery and implementation of the service redesign and transformation programmes for all age mental health in a SW London borough.o Ensuring that the borough priorities for mental health and the transformation approach is aligned to the SW London Mental Strategy.o Working with a borough team members and partners to ensure that mental health is given the appropriate prioritisation and focus within local health and care plans and other strategies.o Developing strong relationships with partners at place in relation to mental health. This includes health and care providers, the local authority, VCSE and patients and the public.o Developing subject matter expertise for a programme area to ensure SW London is receiving best practice guidance to inform delivery and transformation.
