Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning are recruiting for a Community Enterprise/Assets Development Lead to join our Health and Adult Services workforce.

We are looking for a strong candidate who will ensure the delivery of good outcomes for service users through working collaboratively with stakeholders, including citizens and service users to design, develop, evaluate, and continuously improve services, ensuring they are safe and of good quality.

Main duties of the job

Among various other duties, the postholder will work within the local community to seed and nurture small, community micro enterprises, implement the Greenwich commissioning approach to adults/children across the Council and the NHS, by leading on the co-production with service users and internal teams, on the development and evaluation of services.

The candidate will work closely with key partners to understand the demography, geography, structures, assets, and challenges in the area. They will consult local stakeholder groups including people using services to better understand outcomes required, assuring the Council/NHS achieves efficient services and value for money across all commissioned contracts.
