We have an exciting opportunity to join the South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB) within the Primary Care Digital Delivery Team as a Primary Care IT Facilitator. We are looking to fill one post on Fixed Term Contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
The post holder will support the strategic implementation of GPIT and primary care digital projects across SEL ICB. They will support the ICB in achieving GPIT and digital targets in line with the GPIT Operating Framework and identified within the primary care digital strategy. In addition, the post holder will provide support to practices, PCNs, Federations and other primary care stakeholders in SEL boroughs within the ICB in respect to their development of maturity in digital platforms, with particular emphasis on improving the use of clinical systems and fostering a culture of good practice with respect to Information Governance.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide training to groups and on a one-on-one basis for foundation systems and other primary care support digital solutions. The post holder will be working closely with digital transformation colleagues to support practices with the onward facilitation of transformation projects that have been approved to be part of BAU services for practices.
The post holder must have in depth knowledge experience of Primary Care IT systems INPS Vision and EMIS. Experience or knowledge of supporting and implementing technical IT and Digital projects, including experience of software, operating systems an infrastructure environment. High level IT knowledge and experience including Internet, PowerPoint and Excel spreadsheet and knowledge in digital platforms that are part of GPIT framework such as Docman, DXS etc. Knowledge in digital platforms such as NHS app, online consultation platforms, BI platforms used in Primary Care Knowledge and understanding of legislation concerning data protection and patient confidentiality.
The post-holder is expected to work at any appropriate South East London ICB office as necessary for the delivery of the functions of this role that includes travel to practices sites. The post will be a hybrid working arrangement predominantly from home, practices and the Directorate office day(s) in the Tooley Street offices in London Bridge
