Job summary

The post holder will work within the SEL Integrated Care System Digital Team, hosted by the SEL Integrated Care Board and will work on a range of ICS wide projects that are aiming to improve data and analytics, population health and proactive care information capabilities. These capabilities are some of the core foundations of both the Digital Strategy and the Integrated Care System's transformation priorities to support population health and care improvements.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the Programme Lead by managing multiple data and analytics capability projects from the Digital portfolio, leading on all aspects of each project's lifecycle including engagement, definition and initiation through to delivery and benefits realisation. They will work closely with the Digital PMO on the governance and status updates of their projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team and lead on innovative and highly beneficial transformation projects.

Recognising the criticality of this role, the position is a permanent role. At this time, staff in the ICB are hybrid working (predominately working from home) but there is a requirement to work in the office at Tooley St London as required as well as occasional travel to partner organisations and for offsite meetings.

To ensure the ongoing integrity, security and availability of health and care data in our system, we are seeking a highly experienced person to be responsible for the information security and resilience strategy across the South East London Integrated Care Board and for working across the Integrated Care system to develop a risk-based strategy across our system.
