Main duties of the job

In this key role, you will:

• Develop financial tools like Programme Budgeting to align resources with strategic priorities.
• Deliver data-driven analysis and insights to guide resource allocation and decision-making.
• Support financial planning, population health management, and transformation programs to tackle inequalities and optimize healthcare delivery.

NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) Integrated Care Board is the statutory NHS organisation responsible for planning and delivering health and care services for the communities of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West.
