The
NHS West Yorkshire ICB, Leeds locality is seeking to recruit a highly
motivated, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Project Support Officer (PSO).
This role will contribute to the smooth running of the Strategy and Outcomes
team by providing high quality administration and co-ordination services.
The
Project Support Officer (PSO) will be responsible for supporting senior leaders
and teams with administration and the delivery of key processes across a
portfolio of change projects.
The
post holder will arrange and organise a programme of meetings to support
several matrix teams, which will also include the monitoring of generic
inboxes, diary co-ordination, prepare agendas, amendment and formatting of
reports, data checking, and accurately logging actions and decisions for
meetings and boards.
This
exciting opportunity will include excellent in-house training, and the
postholder will get close up experience of how we deliver projects to the Trust
across several matrix teams.
Main duties of the job

Support the effective implementation
of key projects by providing high quality administration, co-ordination and
project support to deliver priorities and improve outcomes for the population
of Leeds.
Have lead responsibility for the
design and delivery of specific administrative tasks and processes including
monitoring of generic inboxes and the organisation, management and action log
management of meetings and boards. May also act as a key point of contact.
Undertake specific tasks on behalf of
business units and matrix teams, including the organisation of meetings
involving stakeholders from across the city and production of documents, e.g.
slide decks.
Use agreed methods, approaches and
documentation to ensure a high quality and systematic approach to project
specification, planning, dependency mapping, risk management, stakeholder
management, highlight and exception reporting.

the administration and support delivery of specific improvement methods and PHM
