Job summary
LeDeR is a service improvement programme which aims to improve care, reduce health inequalities, and prevent premature mortality by understanding the health and social care support people received and applying a learning approach. It is one of the key programmes overseen by the ICB and funded by NHS England and NHS Improvement. The programme was developed in 2017 and is guided by a national policy and training.
