opportunity for an apprentice to join our team. As the Organisational
Development and Learning Apprentice you will work closely with our Senior OD
Manager as you support the design, facilitation and coordination of multiple
events, interventions, processes, and reports.
Using
your networking skills, you will form close relationships with key OD
colleagues, matrix team members and stakeholders across the city.
The
successful candidate will be a valued and supported member of our team and
the Leeds Health and Care Partnership; and will embrace the opportunity to
thrive in their work environment being comfortable working in fast paced
matrix team, taking responsibility for their work whilst competently
supporting others.

Main duties of the job
In
this role you will be effective and efficient in supporting key projects by
providing high quality organisational learning and development support. You
will work with multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships to
enable the OD function of the Partnerships and Effectiveness Team to deliver
on our programme of priority work.
Some
of the key activities include:
Supporting and facilitating the
behavioural change and organisational development requirements
Supporting culture development,
people, structures, and systems to optimise performance and add value.
Support improved staff engagement
and sharing of best practice ensuring that staff are supported and have the
right skills
Provide a service to all ICB in
Leeds staff, where it relates to learning and organisational development
(L&OD)
Contribute to the development and
implementation of key L&OD interventions, policies, and procedures.
Keep L&OD budget and stock
control records for Leeds Place and work with Senior OD Manager in the
planning and maintenance of the ICB in Leeds OD budget.
Remain cost conscious and use
resources efficiently and effectively.
Maintain robust systems and
processes that support L&OD activity recording and reporting.
Responsible for the safe use and
movement of equipment relating to L&OD provision e.g., laptop, projector,
flipchart stands etc.

holders role will mainly include contributing to the design, supporting the
