Job summary
You will be the central point of contact for the team with an emphasis on professionality and excellent communication.
The Mental Health, Learning Disability and Autism programme are dynamic and motivated, and work closely together as a team.
You will provide a range of administrative support to the team to facilitate efficient working across the programme area, and provide a high quality, dedicated administration to the associate director.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as will be organisation and time management.
Main duties of the job

To support the team with the delivery of corporate, directorate and team objectives.
To provide high quality dedicated support to the associate director
To undertake reporting and collation of information to support delivery of various programmes of work to tight deadlines.
To arrange large meetings including venues, attendees, agendas and minute taking.

You will need to have athorough knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures, to ensure efficient running of the team, underpinned by theory. You will also need to be creative at problem solving with an ability to analyse facts and make decisions where there is more than one solution.
You will have excellent and accurate keyboard skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office including spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentation development. The role involves organising large meetings including venues so a proven and track record of taking and transcribing accurate notes/minutes to a high standard is essential.
