We are seeking a number of Senior Intelligence Analysts to
join our innovative and responsive Business Intelligence Service across Dorset
Intelligence & Insight Service (DiiS), Dorset County Hospital (DCH) and the
Integrated Care Board (ICB). This is an exciting opportunity to join a team
that helps to shape and monitor services to meet the evolving needs of the
Integrated Care System (ICS) for the population of Dorset. The successful
candidates will work across a number of areas including acute hospital care,
cancer, digital technologies and population health, as well as having
opportunities to broaden into other areas across the health and care spectrum.
These roles represent an excellent opportunity for personal

and our population.
These posts will be required to work and travel both in and
out of county, working Monday to Friday. Flexible and part time working will
all be considered. There are a number of permanent and fixed term opportunities

Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a
confident, flexible, pro-active and responsive approach combined with the
resilience to deal with shifting priorities and demands. You will ideally have
experience of delivering business intelligence across multiple stakeholder
groups ensuring effective engagement and communications. The ability to provide
analytical support to quickly assimilate complex and/or conflicting information
and determine appropriate action is essential. Detailed working knowledge of
the Health and Care system is desirable.
You will be passionate about using the latest innovations,
designing, and delivering reporting solutions using data warehouses and data
visualisation tools such as PowerBI to delivery insights which support
strategic and operational decision making.
As we continue to develop and move forward towards working
as an Integrated Care System, the DiiS, DCH and the ICB are changing the way
partner organisations share and use their data. Working within our team you
will be instrumental in the design and delivery of Dorsets approach to working
collaboratively with Integrated Care System stakeholders ensuring that business
intelligence needs are developed, maintained and delivered. Our teams work
flexibly across ICS partners and supports a hybrid working model combined both
home and on site options, you will be required to meet centrally with the teams
regularly across the county.

JOB PURPOSE
- As
