Thisis a six-month secondment, covering for a colleague on a career break. The role is focused on transforming services for adults with learning disabilities and neurodiverse people. It involves leading projects, research, collaborating with stakeholders and improving financial sustainability. Main duties of the job

Lead on particular projects, work collaboratively in an integrated health and social care system to deliver programmes that will achieve transformational change.

- Experience of drafting briefing papers and correspondence at Senior Management level
- Demonstrated capability to plan over short, medium and long-term timeframes and adjust plans and resource requirements accordingly
- Demonstrated capabilities to manage own workload and make informed decisions in the absence of required information, working to tight and often changing timescales
