Job summary
We are seeking 2 dynamic and motivated Locality Development Managers to join the Bristol, North Somerset and South Glos Locality Partnerships. Vacancies are currently available in Woodspring and Weston, Worle & Villages Locality Teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of significant NHS changes and the delivery of these at a local level. You will work directly with the Locality Partnership Team to support partners to accelerate the breaking down of barriers to integrated care in the way our patients and communities need. You will work in close partnership with our population, partners from across health, social care and VCSE sectors to drive a place based approach to the development of integrated models of care.

Main duties of the job
The Locality Development Manager role presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and suitably skilled manager to work as part of a North Somerset Locality Team, supporting ongoing development of our integrated locality teams and joined-up community health and care teams. You will be an integral part of developing and implementing the Locality’s plans, engaging and building relationships with stakeholders from across the healthcare, social care, and voluntary sectors to provide flexible support to people with a wide range of health and social challenges
You will be responsible for providing expert support to one of the ICB Heads of Locality, developing plans, managing projects, and leading on specific areas of locality development. You will need to be a highly-organised individual with experience of leadership and bringing about changes in service delivery models with multiple stakeholders in a challenging environment.
