If so, this apprenticeship opportunity working within our People and Digital Directorate could be just what you are looking for.
This post is a fixed term contract for 18 months.
You will undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship and will be supported to learn and develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours for the job role and gain a nationally recognised qualification while working with our Health and Social Care Academy and Healthy Careers Teams.
You will also have study time allocated within your working hours to gain your qualification.
Apprenticeships require candidates to be resident in the UK for at least 3 years at the start of their apprenticeship.
Please be advised if you already hold a relevant qualification in this area at Level 3 or higher you will not be eligible to apply for this particular role.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the People Teams by providing:
- Proactive administration services, supporting the leadership team with the management of programmes, projects and workstreams including for example, the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required, gathering and preparing information in various document formats such as word, excel and power-point, undertaking enquiries and other general administration tasks as and when necessary.
